Ivan founded In Films in 2013, producing cinematic, gripping and deeply insightful content for Australian and international broadcasters.
Ivan has produced and directed films for HBO, BBC, ARTE, Channel 4, PBS and Discovery Channel. A former lawyer and UN peacekeeper in Bosnia, Ivan holds degrees in international law and journalism. Ivan received the 2013 AATCA award for his work on Go Back To Where You Came From. Ivan's other acclaimed projects include Baghdad High for HBO, How To Plan A Revolution for BBC and Surviving Hunger for CNN.
Ivan has also taught at AFTRS, produced for Four Corners and won Walkley and AACTA awards for Hitting Home and Firestarter:The Story of Bangarra.
Ivan is currently producing three documentaries scheduled for 2024.
